All his life, Steve only ever wanted to learn about and work in sports and science.
Steve graduated in Sports Science from Leeds (BSc Hons) and much later in Sports Performance (MSc) in Portsmouth, which had a far greater focus on Strength & Conditioning and especially Sports Psychology, particularly regarding elite ski racing.
Steve has years training general populations and athletes, from recreational and club level up to national team standard, in strength and conditioning, psychological performance coaching, and in some sports technical coaching too.
Steve has had the pleasure of training many athletes in a number of Olympic sports (both summer and winter), and whilst he's really enjoyed working with elite level athletes, he's most enjoyed working with club level athletes and helping them to achieve their potential, usually through physical and psychological help.
